THIS ALL-NEW E-MATIC CE/CN SUPER Universal Bender incorporates a rotary bending head, a wide stable base and digital programmable controls into a uniquely versatile package. Heavy Duty, Rugged yet easily portable and compact. Tooling changeover is rapid and easy. Application of the different attachments shown on the facing page permit the use of thousands of tooling configurations.

Input of a desired bend delivers parts with repeat accuracy to 1º via a large LED display. Memory allows 9 programs with 5 bends for 45 bends. Optional foot pedal allows remote bend activation. |
| All Bender Clamp Device | Four tooling attachments use the “All Bender” clamping device: Bar Brake, Circle/Radius, Tube Bender with and without mandrels. The adjustable over the center cam locking clamp allows rapid cycle times. AB can be mounted on the CN-SUPER as well as the CE-Basic models. Optional: pneumatic or hydraulic operation. |
